Installation Fails to Run After Files Unpack: Check here for how to fix it.

Button Setup Missing after Installing Program Update in Vista/Win7: This can occur if the program was previously being run in XP Compatibility Mode. Check here for how to fix it.

Buttonkit Issue: The simple button may not be visible while dragging it from the buttonkit in Win 7 and Vista. Just continue dragging and drop in device panel and the button will appear. This issue will be fixed in the next release. Update: download v3.99 to fix this issue.
